I accept commission requests through the Contact form / Email.

You are only purchasing a digital file, not printed art.

I have the right to decline any commission requests if I feel I am unable to fulfil your requests.

Do not ask for a commission unless you have the necessary funds.

There will be extra charge for commercial/business/corporate works.

Payment must be sent after the references are presented or I will not proceed.

Prices are just a starting points.It will raise depending on the complexity of the commission.

Do not use the commission as any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space purposes.

Send in the filled form and if I accept the commission,

Sketching process will start after you make the payment.

Revision 1: Major changes (composition, pose, etc) can be requested during the sketch period.

Lineart/Rendering will start if the sketches are confirmed by the commissioner.

Finished drawing will be sent for final review, you can give one last feedback to tweak little things.

Revision 2: Minor changes only can be requested after Render.

After everything is approved, I will send you a google drive link with the JPEG/PNG files of the final artwork.

Commissions are usually finished in 1-2 months, some might take more, depending on my schedule. (max. finished by 2 months)

All transactions will be made via Ko-fi / PayPal with an invoice.

Malaysian client can make payments via bank transfer.

Prices are all in USD.

Commissions must be paid 100% upfront, however an initial payment of 50% can be agreed upon.

Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot. If your commission is accepted, I will send you the invoice.

1.5x price: Promotional Material/Streaming Assets (Twitch, YouTube, Website, VTuber branding)

3x price: Game art/Merch (Printed Goods)

1.3x price: Private fee (comms that cannot be streamed/posted)

1.8x price: RAW PSD file

Waitlist are always OPEN for returning customers!

You don't have to pay to be on the waitlist!

Once I am finished with my current batch, I will contact 5-6 people down the waitlist to ask for their references/payment.

You have one week to respond before your spot is given up.

The waitlist simply secures you a future slot.

If you change your mind by the time I contact you, that's no problem at all! I would appreciate you letting me know early instead of not replying at all/request a refund after you've done the payment.

A rush commission will place you at the top of the queue.

If you need a commission by a certain date, please tell me and we can discuss pricing.

I claim all the rights of the commissioned artwork, not the buyer.

Promote myself with it everywhere

Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)

Post it wherever I want (Unless otherwise stated by the client)

Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise.

Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

Use the artwork to promote themselves

Reproducing / using the copyrighted artwork commercially; means making profit off it in any way without the license.

Claiming the artwork as your own.

Removing my signature from the artwork.

Altering / editing the artwork without my consent.

Refunds can be requested if the commission has not been started(sketch). No refunds otherwise.

You will not get 100% refund, but only a 90% Refund because Paypal takes fee. So, Please think carefully before commissioning

If for any reason I am unable to start/finish your commission you will receive a full refund.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
